Refunds are transfers from your wallet back to the customer's, referenced to the original payment. Disputes run on a 5-working-day clock.

No disputes. Customers can raise one from any receipt in their app; you'll get a dispute.opened webhook and it appears here.
The network refund policy
- 14 days no-quibble on digital subscriptions
- Pro-rata refunds on cancellation
- Refunds paid within 2 working days
- Respond to a dispute within 5 working days or we step in
Refunds are free: no fee on the refund and the original fee (£0.15 on £9.99) is not returned, as the brief sets out.
